Shipping

All orders are shipped directly from Australia.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

(Delivery times may vary depending on your location.)

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange a replacement, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please include your order number and a photo/video so we can assess and arrange the best solution at no cost to you (including shipping).

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 2.5% processing fee (or $2 minimum) will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment and transaction costs.


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unopened and unused items within 30days of delivery subject to availability. Products must be in original packaging with seals intact.

Please note:

Return shipping for exchanges is the buyer's responsibility (unless the item is faulty)

Items cannot be exchanged once opened for hygiene reasons
