Wash & Disinfection Guide

1. Rinse with Water

Hold the file under running water.
Gently rub the surface with your fingers or soft brush to remove dust and residue.
Use a clean cotton towel to absorb excess water.
Lay flat and let it air dry completely before storing.

2. Alcohol Disinfection

Pour a small amount of alcohol (70%–90%) onto the file or into a small dish.
Use a soft brush (toothbrush or nail brush) to lightly scrub the surface.
Make sure alcohol reaches the sandpaper and EVA areas for proper disinfection.
Wipe with a clean towel, then air dry fully.

3. Important Notes

Do not soak the file in water for long periods.
Allow it to dry completely to maintain durability.
Through proper cleaning and maintenance, the service life of your nail file can be extended, ensuring consistent performance and excellent hygiene throughout your nail routine.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange a replacement, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 2.5% processing fee (or $2 minimum) will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment and transaction costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unopened and unused items within 30days of delivery subject to availability. Products must be in original packaging with seals intact.
