Returns & Exchanges

Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it and weâll arrange a replacement, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Change of mind
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 2.5% processing fee (or $2 minimum) will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment and transaction costs.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for unopened and unused items within 30days of delivery subject to availability. Products must be in original packaging with seals intact.

Return shipping for exchanges is the buyer's responsibility (unless the item is faulty)
