Operation Guide

1. Connect power: Plug into a power bank, laptop or USB adapter.
2. Position your nails: Unfold the lamp legs and place your nails under the 6 UV LED beads.
3. Activate the lamp: Press once to start the 60-second auto timer. Press again to turn the lamp off if needed. (A second 60s cycle may be required depending on the gel type).

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it and we’ll arrange a replacement, or refund as required under Australian Consumer Law.

Please include your order number and a photo/video so we can assess and arrange the best solution at no cost to you (including shipping).

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in original condition and packaging, with all seals intact.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 2.5% processing fee (or $2 minimum) will be deducted from the refund to cover non-refundable payment and transaction costs.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for unopened and unused items within 30days of delivery subject to availability. Products must be in original packaging with seals intact.

Please note:

Return shipping for exchanges is the buyer's responsibility (unless the item is faulty)

Items cannot be exchanged once opened for hygiene reasons
